If vehicles are to be towed and the location is not a patrolled lot, I understand that an authorized representative must contact Mario's Towing Ltd and provide a password to have vehicles removed. We also understand that if we terminate the agreements with Mario's Towing, we must return all signage to Mario's towing, or be charged the amount of $20.00/sign. This agreement is not a contract, but Mario's do require 30 days notice, in writing, to terminate their service.
